ڈالر تاریخ میں پہلی بار 180 روپے سے تجاوز کر گیا

In the interbank market, the value of the dollar had crossed Rs 178 at one point and reached the level of Rs 178.19.
As a result, the dollar rose further by 18 paise to close at a new high of Rs 177.60 in the interbank market at the close of business. Similarly, in the open currency market, the dollar rose by 80 paise to close at a new high of Rs 180.30.
Experts say protracted deals with the IMF, delays in disbursement of loan installments, widening current account deficit and deteriorating balance of payments have not stopped the flight of the dollar.
Experts say that the shortage of food items in Afghanistan has led to an increase in Pakistan’s import bill, as a result of which demand continues to rise on a daily basis and due to these factors, the dollar is reaching historic highs.

درآمدی شعبے کی مسلسل طلب کی وجہ سے جمعرات کو بھی زرمبادلہ کی دونوں منڈیوں میں ڈالر کی اڑان جاری رہی۔ تاریخ کی بلند ترین سطح پر پہنچ گئے۔
انٹربینک مارکیٹ میں ڈالر کی قدر ایک موقع پر 178 روپے سے تجاوز کر کے 178.19 روپے کی سطح پر پہنچ گئی۔
جس کے نتیجے میں کاروبار کے اختتام پر انٹربینک مارکیٹ میں ڈالر مزید 18 پیسے مہنگا ہوکر 177.60 روپے کی نئی بلند ترین سطح پر بند ہوا۔ اسی طرح اوپن کرنسی مارکیٹ میں ڈالر 80 پیسے اضافے سے 180.30 روپے کی نئی بلند ترین سطح پر بند ہوا۔
ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ آئی ایم ایف کے ساتھ طویل معاہدوں، قرضوں کی قسطوں کی ادائیگی میں تاخیر، کرنٹ اکاؤنٹ خسارے میں اضافہ اور ادائیگیوں کے بگڑتے توازن سے ڈالر کی اڑان نہیں رکی۔
ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ افغانستان میں اشیائے خوردونوش کی قلت پاکستان کے درآمدی بل میں اضافے کا باعث بنی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں روزانہ کی بنیاد پر طلب میں اضافہ جاری ہے اور ان عوامل کی وجہ سے ڈالر تاریخی بلندی پر پہنچ رہا ہے۔
