وزیر اعظم نے تعمیراتی شعبے کو سہولیات کی فراہمی کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا

وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے کہا ہے کہ حکومت تعمیراتی شعبے کو ہر ممکن سہولیات فراہم کرے گی۔

قومی رابطہ کمیٹی برائے ہاؤسنگ ، بلڈنگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ کے اجلاس کی مزید تفصیلات کے بعد ، وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے تعمیراتی شعبے کو ہر ممکن سہولیات کی فراہمی کے اپنے عزم کی تصدیق کی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ تعمیرات کو فروغ دینے سے روزگار کے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے اور معماروں کے لئے ونڈو کی ایک ہی سہولت کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے سخت نگرانی کی جائے گی۔

اجلاس کے اعلان کے مطابق ، معماروں نے وزیر اعظم کو 1300 ارب روپے کی سرمایہ کاری کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔

بیان کے مطابق ، ایسوسی ایشن آف بلڈرز اینڈ ڈیولپرز (آباد) نے 4 سے 5 ماہ میں تعمیراتی منصوبوں پر کام شروع کرنے کا وعدہ کیا ہے۔

آباد نے کہا کہ اس نے تعمیراتی شعبے میں زیادہ سے زیادہ سرمایہ کاری کی یقین دہانی کروائی اور یہ بھی کہا کہ 13 بڑی تعمیراتی کمپنیاں چھ ماہ میں ایک لاکھ مکانات کی تعمیر شروع کریں گی۔

اعلامیے کے مطابق گیس ، بجلی اور دیگر بنیادی ضروریات کے ساتھ نئے رہائشی منصوبوں کی بروقت فراہمی کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔

Following further details of the meeting of the National Coordinating Committee for Housing, Building and Development, Prime Minister Imran Khan reaffirmed his commitment to provide all possible facilities to the construction sector.

He said that promotion of constructions would create employment opportunities and strict supervision would be exercised to ensure a single window facility for builders.

According to the announcement of the meeting, the architects assured the Prime Minister of an investment of Rs. 1300 billion.

According to the statement, the Association of Builders and Developers (Abad) has promised to start work on construction projects in four to five months.

Abad said it assured maximum investment in the construction sector and also said that 13 major construction companies would start construction of 100,000 houses in six months.

According to the statement, timely supply of new housing projects along with gas, electricity and other basic necessities will be ensured.
