حکومت کو ایف اے ٹی ایف قانون سازی پر دیانتداری سے کام کرنا چاہئے: بلاول
پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی (پی پی پی) کے چیئرمین بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے کہا ہے کہ فنانشل ایکشن ٹاسک فورس (ایف اے ٹی ایف) کے نام پر آمرانہ اختیارات حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی۔ قانون سازی پر اپوزیشن کو اعتماد میں نہیں لیا گیا ، ایف اے ٹی ایف قانون سازی پر حکومت کو ذمہ دارانہ کردار ادا کرنا ہوگا۔
اسلام آباد میں پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ قانون سازی پر سینیٹ اور قومی اسمبلی کو اعتماد میں نہیں لیا گیا۔ حکومت عوام کو بے وقوف بنا رہی ہے اور اپوزیشن کو خاموش نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔
بلاول بھٹو نے کہا کہ سرکاری مشیروں کو آمدنی سے زیادہ اثاثوں کی تحقیقات کرنی چاہئیں لیکن عمران خان اب بھی ان کی بدعنوانی کا تحفظ کررہے ہیں۔ قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) کو بھی شہزاد اکبر کے خلاف آمدنی سے زائد اثاثوں کے لئے مقدمہ درج کرنا چاہئے۔ اس نے پچھلے دو سالوں سے بیرون ملک اپنی جائیداد کا اعلان نہیں کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے مطالبہ کیا کہ وزیر اعظم کے تمام معاونین اپنے اثاثوں کا انکشاف کریں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کلبھوشن یادھو کے لئے پچھلے دروازے سے کوئی قانون منظور نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ بین الاقوامی عدالت انصاف کے اس لفظ کی تعمیل کر رہے ہیں ، وہ لوگ جو کلبھوشن کی حفاظت کر رہے تھے۔
پیپلز پارٹی کے چیئرمین نے کہا کہ ایف اے ٹی ایف اور نیب کے قوانین کو این آر او سے جوڑا جارہا ہے۔ حکومت ایف اے ٹی ایف کے نام پر ایک پاکستانی کو چھ ماہ کے لئے لاپتہ شخص بنا سکتی ہے ، ہم اس کی اجازت نہیں دے سکتے۔
بلاول نے کہا کہ ایف اے ٹی ایف بل حکومت کی آمرانہ طبع اور انا کی وجہ سے متنازعہ ہوگیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت کے رویہ سے لوگوں کی مشکلات میں اضافہ ہوگا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آج حکومت نے جو کچھ کیا وہ سمجھ سے بالاتر ہے۔ حکومت نہیں چاہتی کہ اپوزیشن ایوان میں بات کرے۔ قومی اسمبلی کے اسپیکر اسد قیصر کو تنقید کا نشانہ بناتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ اسپیکر نے اپنی ذمہ داری پوری نہیں کی ، انہیں قواعد پر عمل کرنا چاہئے۔
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said attempts were made to obtain dictatorial powers on behalf of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The opposition has not been kept confidential with regard to legislation, the government must play a responsible role in relation to FATF legislation.
At a press conference in Islamabad, Bilawal Bhutto said that the Senate and the National Assembly cannot be trusted in terms of legislation. The government is deceiving people and the opposition cannot be silenced.
Bilawal Bhutto said government advisers should be screened for assets that go beyond income, but Imran Khan is still protecting their corruption. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) should also file a lawsuit against Shahzad Akbar for assets that are above income. He has not registered his property abroad in the past two years. He asked all the Prime Minister’s special assistants to disclose their assets.
He said that no law for Kulbhushan Yadhav could be passed through the back door. They say that they obey the word of the International Court of Justice, those who should be the Kashmiri ambassador protect Kulbhushan.
The PPP chair said the FATF and NAB laws would be linked to the NGO. The government can make a Pakistani missing on behalf of the FATF for six months, we cannot allow that.
Bilawal said the FATF bill has been controversial because of the authoritarian nature and government ego. He said the government’s stance would increase people’s problems.
He said what the government had done today was incomprehensible. The government doesn’t want the opposition to speak in the house. While criticizing the spokesman for the National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaiser, he said that the spokesman had not fulfilled his responsibility and should follow the rules.
