Six killed in land dispute near Khairpur

(eNews.pk) - Khairpur: At least six people were killed in the clash between two rival tribes near Pirjo Goth on Monday.




As the details of the men who belong to the community Narejo armed with sophisticated weapons attacked Kalhoro Village Bindo Katchha area within the jurisdiction of Abdul Rehman Unnar police station. They also used rocket burning huts of the village.
Police said three people died in the fire and three fire burned in the hut. Several people were injured.
The victims were identified as Ehsan Ali Kalhoro, Waheed Ahmed Kalhoro, Sajid Ali Kalhoro, Weengus, and Rajab Ali Kalhoro Zainulabidin.
The cause of the crash was old enmity between tribes Kalhoro and Narejo.
Police responded to the area and tried to control the situation. (PPI)

خير پور…خيرپور ميں کلہوڑو اور ناريجو قبائل کے درميان زمين کے تنازعے پر مسلح تصادم ميں 6 افراد ہلاک ہوگئے. ايس ايس پي خيرپور عرفان بلوچ کے مطابق واقعہ تھانہ عبدالرحمان انڑ ميں پيش آيا ، جہاں کلہوڑو اور ناريجو قبائل ميں زرعي اراضي کے تنازعے پر دونوں گروپوں کے مسلح افراد ميں مسلح تصادم کے دوران 6 افراد ہلاک ہوگئے. تاہم پوليس نے موقع پر پہنچ کر مزيد خونريزي روک کر قانوني کارروائي شروع کردي ہے. ايس ايس پي عرفان بلوچ کے مطابق دونوں قبائل ميں کچھ عرصے سے زرعي زمين کا تنازع چل رہا تھا.
