شہباز نے پٹرول ایل پی جی کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ فوری واپس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا
Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif has demanded the government to withdraw sharp increase in the prices of petroleum and LPG immediately.
In a statement, Shahbaz condemned the rise in petroleum prices and the rise in LPG and its by-products. He said that if Prime Minister Imran had sought help from the IMF, he would not have fulfilled his promise to commit suicide but he is not forcing the people of Pakistan to commit suicide due to inflation.
This government has deprived the Pakistani people of their right to life by daily bombings, the statement said.
The President of PML-N said that while on one hand the national currency is falling every day, on the other hand Prime Minister Imran is killing people due to inflation.
He said that the blind government puts the burden of inflation on the people and then dares to say that the situation is improving.
Shahbaz said the present government had claimed that it would sell petrol at Rs 46 per liter, but made it impossible for the people to bear it.
This increase in petroleum prices will increase the prices of all essential commodities.
The Leader of Opposition said the daily rise in inflation had proved that the PTI government had presented a “fraudulent budget” which was nothing but a lie.
قومی اسمبلی میں قائد حزب اختلاف شہباز شریف نے حکومت پر زور دیا ہے کہ وہ پٹرولیم اور ایل پی جی کی قیمتوں میں تیزی سے اضافہ واپس لے۔
ایک بیان میں شہباز نے پٹرولیم کی قیمتوں میں اضافے اور ایل پی جی اور اس کی ضمنی مصنوعات میں اضافے کی مذمت کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر وزیر اعظم عمران آئی ایم ایف سے مدد مانگتے تو وہ خودکشی کرنے کا اپنا وعدہ پورا نہ کرتے لیکن وہ پاکستانی عوام کو مہنگائی کی وجہ سے خودکشی پر مجبور نہیں کر رہے۔
بیان میں کہا گیا کہ اس حکومت نے روزانہ بم دھماکوں کے ذریعے پاکستانی عوام کو ان کے جینے کے حق سے محروم کر دیا ہے۔
مسلم لیگ (ن) کے صدر نے کہا کہ جہاں ایک طرف قومی کرنسی ہر روز گر رہی ہے ، دوسری طرف وزیر اعظم عمران مہنگائی کی وجہ سے لوگوں کو مار رہے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اندھی حکومت عوام پر مہنگائی کا بوجھ ڈالتی ہے اور پھر یہ کہنے کی ہمت کرتی ہے کہ حالات بہتر ہو رہے ہیں۔
شہباز نے کہا کہ موجودہ حکومت نے دعویٰ کیا تھا کہ وہ پٹرول 46 روپے فی لیٹر فروخت کرے گی ، لیکن عوام کے لیے اسے برداشت کرنا ناممکن بنا دیا۔
پٹرولیم کی قیمتوں میں یہ اضافہ تمام ضروری اشیاء کی قیمتوں میں اضافہ کرے گا۔
اپوزیشن لیڈر نے کہا کہ مہنگائی میں روزانہ اضافے نے ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ پی ٹی آئی حکومت نے ’’ دھوکہ دہی کا بجٹ ‘‘ پیش کیا تھا جو کہ جھوٹ کے سوا کچھ نہیں تھا۔
