Riaz records statement before NAB

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Riaz Hussain Malik real estate magnate, on Friday appeared before the joint investigation team (JIT) of the National Accountability (NAB), based here and has provided evidence in support of its claims against Arsalan Iftikhar Chaudhry. Malik Riaz also recorded his statement.




He was given a detailed questionnaire, which will return it duly completed by July 24 (Tuesday), said a NAB brochure. Riaz Malik presented the evidence to support his contention.
He requested more time to provide additional documents and other evidence relating to alleged questionable transactions and illegal.
The scope of the research has expanded on the basis of evidence before the JIT by Malik Riaz and members of the ECI will soon visit the United Kingdom (UK) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the collection of evidence.

راولپنڈي…ارسلان افتخار کيس ميں ملک رياض نے نيب کو بيان ريکارڈ کراديا جبکہ ارسلان افتخار،ملک رياض کے داماد سليمان احمد اور بزنس پارٹنر احمد خليل کو 23جولائي کو طلب کر ليا گيا ہے.ملک رياض نيب ہيڈکوارٹر اسلام آبادميں پيش ہوئے اور ارسلان افتخار کے حوالے سے بيان ريکارڈ کرايا. اس کے بعد ميڈيا سے بات کرتے ہوئے ملک رياض کا کہنا تھا کہ کيس کي تحقيقات روکنے کے ليے انہيں اور ان کے خاندان کو گرفتار کرانے کي کوشش کي جارہي ہے.نيب کے ترجمان نے بتايا کہ ملک رياض کو ايک سوال نامہ ديا گيا ہے جس پر جواب 24جولائي کو جمع کرانے کا کہا گيا ہے. ترجمان نے بتايا کہ ملک رياض نے مزيد ثبوت جمع کرانے کے ليے وقت مانگا ، اس پر بھي انہيں 24جولائي تک کا وقت دے ديا گيا. ترجمان کے مطابق پانچ رکني مشترکا تحقيقاتي ٹيم ارسلان افتخار،ملک رياض کے داماد سليمان احمد اور بزنس پارٹنر احمد خليل کا بيان 23جولائي کوريکارڈ کرے گي ،اس حوالے سے نوٹس جاري کرديے گئے ہيں.ترجمان کے مطابق مشترکا تحقيقاتي ٹيم جلد برطانيہ اور متحدہ عرب امارات کا دورہ کرکے بھي ثبوت جمع کرے گي.
