Punjab to reopen theaters, restaurants after Eid despite Coronavirus outbreak

Two weeks after the country was lifted, the Punjab government decided to allow hotels, restaurants and cinemas to open throughout the province after the oath.

Interior Ministry sources said restaurants and hotels that already offer snack services with government-mandated standard work instructions (SOPs) will open after Eid.

They said that cinemas and theaters in the province can also be opened after the oath under the SOPs.

ملک کا لاک ڈاؤن ختم ہونے کے دو ہفتوں بعد ، حکومت پنجاب نے عید کے بعد صوبے بھر میں ہوٹلوں ، ریستوراں اور سینما گھروں کو کھولنے کی اجازت دینے کا فیصلہ کیا۔

وزارت داخلہ کے ذرائع نے بتایا ہے کہ اس وقت ریستوراں اور ہوٹلوں کو جو پہلے سے طے شدہ خدمات کی پیش کش کرتے ہیں جو حکومت کی طرف سے پہلے سے طے شدہ معیاری آپریٹنگ طریقہ کار (ایس او پیز) کے ساتھ عید کے بعد کھلیں گے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ صوبے میں سینما گھروں اور تھیٹروں کو بھی ایس او پیز کے تحت عید کے بعد کھولنے کی اجازت ہوگی۔
