پنجاب کابینہ نے تحریک لبیک سے پابندی اٹھالی
The Punjab cabinet has approved the lifting of the ban on the banned Tehreek-e-Labaik.
The first step has been taken in removing the status of the “banned” organization affiliated with the banned Tehreek-e-Lubaik Pakistan. The required number of Punjab cabinet ministers recommended lifting the ban on TLP. The summary of the lifting recommendations needed the support of at least 18 ministers, which was received.
Earlier, the federal government had sought the opinion of the Punjab government on lifting the ban on the banned organization. The Chief Minister’s Punjab Secretariat had sent a summary to the Cabinet Committee on Law.

Later, in a meeting chaired by Raja Basharat, it was decided to get approval from the Punjab Cabinet on the throw circulation summary. A throw circulation summary was sent to the Punjab cabinet yesterday.
It should be noted that the summary required the opinion of at least 18 ministers legally and now the ministers have recommended lifting the ban on the required number of summaries. Therefore, after receiving the written recommendations of Punjab, the federal government will now take the next step.
Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar, while giving initial approval to the summary sent by the Punjab Home Department, had directed to seek throw-circulation approval from the provincial cabinet regarding the abolition of Tehreek-e-Labaik.

کالعدم تحریک لبیک پاکستان سے وابستہ ’کالعدم‘ تنظیم کی حیثیت ختم کرنے کے لیے پہلا قدم اٹھایا گیا ہے۔ پنجاب کابینہ کے وزراء کی مطلوبہ تعداد نے ٹی ایل پی پر پابندی اٹھانے کی سفارش کر دی۔ اٹھانے کی سفارشات کی سمری کو کم از کم 18 وزراء کی حمایت درکار تھی، جو موصول ہوئی۔
اس سے قبل وفاقی حکومت نے کالعدم تنظیم پر سے پابندی اٹھانے پر پنجاب حکومت سے رائے طلب کی تھی۔ وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سیکرٹریٹ نے کابینہ کمیٹی برائے قانون کو سمری ارسال کر دی تھی۔
بعد ازاں راجہ بشارت کی زیر صدارت اجلاس میں تھرو سرکولیشن کی سمری پر پنجاب کابینہ سے منظوری لینے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔ تھرو سرکولیشن سمری گزشتہ روز پنجاب کابینہ کو ارسال کر دی گئی۔
واضح رہے کہ سمری کے لیے قانونی طور پر کم از کم 18 وزراء کی رائے درکار تھی اور اب وزراء نے سمریوں کی مطلوبہ تعداد پر سے پابندی اٹھانے کی سفارش کی ہے۔ اس لیے پنجاب کی تحریری سفارشات موصول ہونے کے بعد اب وفاقی حکومت اگلا قدم اٹھائے گی۔
اس سے قبل وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سردار عثمان بزدار نے محکمہ داخلہ پنجاب کی جانب سے بھیجی گئی سمری کی ابتدائی منظوری دیتے ہوئے تحریک لبیک کے خاتمے کے حوالے سے صوبائی کابینہ سے تھرو سرکولیشن کی منظوری لینے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔
