PM not accountable to the court: Attorney General

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's Attorney General Irfan Qadir said the prime minister is not accountable to the court, adding that the legal situation will be brought before the court.




Talking to media outside the apex court building before the prime minister's appearance in court on Monday, the attorney general expressed hope that all institutions should show respect.
He said that the prime minister is responsible to the court, adding that the Constitution is for all decisions are made fairly.

اسلام آباد…اٹارني جنرل عرفان قادر نے کہا کہ وزيراعظم عدالت کو جوابدہ نہيں ہيں،عدالت ميں قانوني پوزيشن لي جائے گي، جوبھي کہوں گا عدالت ميں کہوں گا.سپريم کورٹ کے باہر ميڈيا سے بات کرتے ہوئے اٹارني جنرل نے کہا کہ اميد ہے کہ ادارے عزت کا مظاہرہ کريں گے، وزيراعظم نے سياسي طور پر نہايت تدبر کا مظاہرہ کيا، آج عدالت کے سامنے زير سماعت معاملہ خط لکھنے کا نہيں ہوگا، وزيراعظم عدالت کو جوابدہ نہيں ہيں،آئين سب کا ہے، غيرجانبداري سے اسکے مطابق فيصلہ کرنا ہے،.
