People have full trust in judiciary: CJ

(eNews.pk) - RAWALPINDI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, on Monday night, said people placed great confidence in the judicial system, therefore, it was imperative for judges and lawyers who stood up against all kinds Stonewall constitutional excesses.




He said after inaugurating the newly constructed Judicial Complex here in Rawalpindi.
Addressing the participants of the opening ceremony, said the Black Coat Black and House have been fighting for supremacy and independence of the judiciary during the past five years.
"Our work requires to stop corruption in all its forms and we will not tolerate either within or outside the judiciary," the judge promised.
He said the intervention of the judiciary suo moto in a number of cases of corruption in various departments to recover billions of rupees.
Looking ahead, he urged the lawyers to volunteer their efforts for supremacy of the Constitution.

راولپنڈي… چيف جسٹس پاکستان نے کہا ہے کہ لوگو ں کو عدليہ پر بھرپور اعتماد ہے،فلاحي رياست کيلئے ججز اور وکلاء آئيني تجاوزمن مانيوں کيخلاف ديوار بنيں. چيف جسٹس پاکستان افتخار چوہدري نے جوڈيشل کمپليکس کے افتتاح کے موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے مزيد کہا کرپشن روکنا ہمارے منصب کا تقاضا ہے، کالا کوٹ ،کالاکيمرا 5سال سے آئين اور عدليہ کي آزادي کي جدوجہد کررہا ہے ، ان کا کہناتھاکہ رشوت ،کرپشن عدليہ ميں ہو يا عدليہ سے باہر برداشت نہيں کرينگے. ہم نے سرکاري اداروں ميں ہونے والي کرپشن کا نوٹس ليا،ہمارے نوٹس لينے سے ملک کے اربوں روپے واپس آئے.چيف جسٹس نے کہا کہ آئين کي بالادستي کے ليے وکلا ء رضاکارانہ کردار ادا کريں،ان کا کہناتھا کہ وہ قوميں ترقي کرتي ہيں جہاں چھوٹوں اور بڑوں ميں کوئي فرق نہيں ہوتا . ايسي قوميں کامياب ہوتي ہيں جن ميں امير اور غريب کا فرق نہ رکھا جائے. جب تک غيرت مندقوم فوج کے پيچھے کھڑي نہ ہو ، وہ جيت نہيں سکتي. بلوچستان ميں قانون اور آئين پرعملدرآمد کافقدان ہے، جسے دورہوناچاہيے،جوڈيشل پاليسي کي وجہ سے مقدمات کي طوالت ختم ہو رہي ہے. ججوں ،وکلا کي ذمے داري ہے آئيني تجاوز کيخلاف مضبوط ديواربن جائيں.
