Pak military leadership meeting postponed

(eNews.pk) - WASHINGTON: U.S. and Pakistani military organized a meeting between the heads of the violent anti-American protests in a wave this week was postponed to Thursday, the top-ranking American officer, General Martin Dempsey said.




Dempsey told a news conference that the Pakistan Army Staff General Ashfaq Kayani for a discreet trip to the master schedule was completed, but negotiations between the two to call unrest in the streets of Pakistani cities agreed.

واشنگٹن. . . امریکی جوائنٹ چیفس آف اسٹاف کے چیئرمین جنرل مارٹن ڈیمپسی گستاخانہ فلم کے خلاف مظاہروں کی وجہ سے پاکستان کا غیراعلانیہ دورہ ملتوی کرنے مجبور ہوگئے۔جنرل مارٹن ڈیمپسی نے واشنگٹن میں نیوز کانفرنس کے دوران بتایا کہ انہیں اس ہفتے پاکستان کا دورہ کرنا تھا اور جنرل اشفاق پرویز کیانی سے ملاقات کرنی تھی لیکن پاکستان میں گستاخانہ فلم کے خلاف احتجاج کی وجہ سے انہوں نے اور جنرل اشفاق پرویز کیانی نے فیصلہ کیا کہ دورہ ملتوی کردیا جائے۔ جنرل ڈیمسپی کے مطابق یہ دورہ ملتوی کرنے کی وجہ سے ان کے پاس وقت تھا اس لئے انہوں نے افغانستان جانے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
