Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar said on Saturday that the lessons learned from Operation Swift Retort were a reflection of PAF’s operational training in realistic scenarios.
He was addressing the graduation ceremony of No. 54 Combat Commanders’ Course held at the Air Power Center of Excellence today.
During the event, the Air Chief Marshal said that the success of today’s war depends on effective vision and fusion.
In addition, Mujahid Anwar also expressed satisfaction that the ACE in general and the School of War Commanders in particular, are taking steps in this direction to train future combat leadership.
During the ceremony, he encouraged the officers to keep themselves informed and aware of all opponents.
The Air Chief Marshal also presented certificates and trophies to graduating officers who had undergone a rigorous and professional demanding course.
According to details, the Chief of Air Staff Trophy was handed over to Wing Commander Waheed Zafar for the best overall performance in combat pilots. Squadron Leader, Ali Ahmed was awarded the Air Officer Commanding Air Defense Trophy for his overall outstanding performance in combat controllers.
