Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Rameez Raja on Thursday announced that the New Zealand cricket team has agreed to visit Pakistan.

Raja claimed that International Cricket Council President Greg Barclay agreed with the PCB’s position on the sudden departure of 99% of New Zealanders from Pakistan.
On September 17, New Zealand abruptly announced that it would cancel its tour of Pakistan just moments before the first one-day international in Rawalpindi, citing security concerns. Following the New Zealand operation, England also withdrew from its four-day visit to Pakistan.
Commenting on the departure, Rameez said that this is not the way the game can continue.
“We have a history of cricket. It is not possible for someone to come and take advantage of us and then throw us in the trash.

سینیٹ کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے بین الصوبائی رابطہ (آئی پی سی) کو بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے چیئرمین پی سی بی نے کہا کہ بلیک کیپس سیریز کے لیے ایک ٹائم لائن پر کام کر رہے ہیں ، اور قانون سازوں کو یقین دلایا کہ وہ اگلے ہفتے خوشخبری کا اعلان کریں گے۔
راجہ نے دعویٰ کیا کہ انٹرنیشنل کرکٹ کونسل کے صدر گریگ بارکلے 99 فیصد نیوزی لینڈ کی پاکستان سے اچانک روانگی پر پی سی بی کے موقف سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔
17 ستمبر کو نیوزی لینڈ نے اچانک اعلان کیا تھا کہ وہ سکیورٹی خدشات کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے راولپنڈی میں پہلے ایک روزہ میچ سے چند لمحے قبل پاکستان کا دورہ ترک کر دے گا۔ نیوزی لینڈ کی کارروائی کے بعد انگلینڈ نے اپنے چار روزہ دورہ پاکستان سے بھی دستبرداری اختیار کرلی۔
روانگی پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے ، رمیز نے کہا کہ یہ اس طرح نہیں ہے جس طرح کھیل جاری رہ سکتا ہے۔
