Mobile phone service unblocked in Lahore

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: mobile services, after being closed for nearly 24 hours due to the long march, were restored Monday morning, Geo news.




The government had seized the cell phone services in the city in the context of the security situation during the long march led by Tehrik-e-Minhaj ul Quran (Koran) Tahirul Qadri leader that began Sunday and will continue through the day today.
Some mobile phone services were restored by the evening, but most remained suspended. However, the remaining cellular services have been restored along Lahore.

لاہور …لاہور میں لانگ مارچ پر سیکیورٹی خدشات کے باعث شہر کے مختلف علاقوں میں بندکی گئی موبائل فون سروس بحال ہو گئی ہے۔ تحریک منہاج القرآن کیلانگ مارچ کے روٹ پر موبائل فون سروس بند کرنے کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا جس پر لاہور میں لانگ مارچ شروع ہونے کے دو گھنٹے بعد موبائل فون سروس بند کر دی گئی۔رات گئے کچھ علاقوں میں چند کمپنیوں کے موبائل تو کھل گئے لیکن زیادہ تر کمپنیوں نے بند ہی رکھے۔تاہم صبح تمام علاقوں میں تمام کمپنیوں نے فون سروس بحال کردی۔
