The Cupertino tech giant is soon launching the iPhone 13 series in the market. The series will comprise of base and pro models as usual. The company has focused a lot on the Pro models in the series. The pro variants will have improved display and cameras as compared to previous Pro models in previously launched series, especially, the iPhone 12 series.

iPhone 13 Pro Max and 13 Pro

iPhone 13 Pro models will have a new display feature called ProMotion. The phone will have refresh rate as low as 10Hz and as high as 120Hz. The size of the display will remain same. The Pro models will have 20% smaller notch along with TrueDepth camera.

The resolution still remains same but company is offering enhanced lenses, sensors and image processing in the camera.

The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone Pro Max will come with a main camera having pixel size of 1.9µm and a brighter aperture of f/1.5. For comparison, the 12 Pro Max had 1.7µm pixels and an f/1.6 lens. It will be capable of capturing up to 2.2x more light.

iPhone 13 Series

The Pro model will come with a new 77mm f/2.8 lens, so it offers 3x optical magnification over the main cam. This is up from 65 mm/2.5x lens, though with an f/2.4 aperture. The ultrawide camera sensors in iPhone 13 Pro will also be enhanced with a 6-element f/1.8 one with autofocus. Autofocus doubles the ultrawide module like macro sensor. The pro variants will be featured with Night Mode as well.
