IHC reject the request to bring back the pilgrims from Iran

(eNews.pk) - The Islamabad High Court heard the petition regarding the return of the stranded pilgrims to Iran, in which Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Athar Mannullah remarked that the government should be trusted, the whole world is in the grip of Corona, Parliament and executives are present. You should refer to the relevant forum, lawyer petitioner said that thousands of Pakistanis are trapped in Iran and their visas have also expired.




Chief Justice High Court Athar Manullah said that this is an international issue, the court cannot intervene in these matters, you should consult the relevant form and do not conclude that the government is not doing anything.

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے پھنسے ہوئے زاۂرین کی ایران سے واپسی سے متعلق درخواست کی سماعت کی ، جس میں چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ اطہر من اللہ نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ حکومت پر اعتماد کرنا چاہئے ، پوری دنیا کورونا کی گرفت میں ہے ، پارلیمنٹ اور ایگزیکٹو موجود ہیں۔ آپ کو متعلقہ فورم سے رجوع کرنا چاہئے ، وکیل درخواست گزار نے کہا کہ ہزاروں پاکستانی ایران میں پھنس چکے ہیں اور ان کے ویزے کی میعاد بھی ختم ہوگئی ہے۔

چیف جسٹس ہائیکورٹ اطہر من اللہ نے کہا کہ یہ ایک بین الاقوامی مسئلہ ہے ، عدالت ان معاملات میں مداخلت نہیں کرسکتی ، آپ کو متعلقہ فارم سے مشورہ کرنا چاہئے اور یہ نتیجہ اخذ نہیں کرنا چاہئے کہ حکومت کچھ نہیں کررہی ہے۔
