General election challenged in Supreme Court

(eNews.pk) - Lahore High Court Chief Justice, Justice Mian Mehmood Akhtar through the application made to the Federal Election Commission sides. Petitioner has failed to provide the Election Commission of magnetic ink, magnetic ink is not being maintained transparency of the elections. Election Commission is responsible for making questionable not returning officers. The court requested that 11 May 2013 general elections by overturning those responsible be punished.








عام انتخابات سپریم کورٹ میں چیلنج


جسٹس ریٹائرڈ محمود اختر نے لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے سابق چیف جسٹس میاں اللہ نوازکی وساطت سے دائر درخواست میں وفاق اور الیکشن کمیشن کو فریق بنایا ہے۔ درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ الیکشن کمیشن مقناطیسی سیاہی مہیا کرنے میں ناکام رہا، مقناطیسی سیاہی نہ ہونے سے الیکشن کی شفافیت برقرار نہیں رہی۔ انتخابات کو مشکوک بنانے کا ذمہ دار الیکشن کمیشن ہے ریٹرننگ افسران نہیں۔ اس لئے عدالت عظمیٰ سے درخواست ہے کہ 11 مئی 2013 کو ہونے والے عام انتخابات کو کالعدم قرار دے کر ذمہ داروں کو سزا دی جائے۔
