ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا کا ڈبلیو ایچ او کے خط پر ردِ عمل

ڈبلیو ایچ او کے خط پر ردعمل ظاہر کرتے ہوئے وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی برائے صحت ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے کہا: “ہمیں کورونا وائرس سے متعلق مشکل فیصلے کرنے پڑے ہیں۔ ڈبلیو ایچ او کے خط کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ حکومت کورونا وائرس سے نمٹنے کے لئے جامع حکمت عملی پر عمل پیرا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ این سی او سی میں روز مرہ کی صورتحال پر کڑی نگرانی کی جاتی ہے اور فیصلہ سازی صوبوں کے اشتراک سے کی جاتی ہے۔

ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے کہا کہ تمام صوبوں اور آزادکشمیر کی نمائندگی این سی او سی میں کی جاتی ہے اور تمام فیصلے وزیر اعظم کی مشاورت سے کیے جاتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا ، “ہم معاشی طور پر کم اور درمیانی آمدنی والے ممالک سے آئے ہیں ، جہاں ہماری دو تہائی آبادی روزانہ کی آمدنی پر زندگی بسر کرتی ہے۔”

وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی نے کہا کہ فیصلے کورونا وائرس کی صورتحال کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے لوگوں کے بہترین مفاد میں لئے جاتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا ، “ہم لوگوں کی زندگیوں اور ملازمتوں کو بچانے اور ان کے مابین توازن برقرار رکھنے کی حکمت عملی پر عمل پیرا ہیں۔ ہم نے جان بوجھ کر ملک میں لاک ڈاؤن کو کم کیا ہے۔” ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے کہا کہ دکانوں ، مساجد ، بازاروں اور پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ میں ایس او پیز پر زور دیا گیا تھا اور پورے ملک میں ماسک پہننا لازمی قرار دے دیا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا ، “ہم نے انتہائی ٹریسنگ ٹیسٹنگ ٹیسٹنگ سنگرن پالیسی متعارف کروائی ہے ، جس میں ان علاقوں کی نشاندہی کی گئی ہے جہاں وائرس پھیل گیا ہے۔”


Reacting to the WHO letter, Dr Zafar Mirza, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Health, said: “We have had to make difficult decisions regarding the corona virus. Referring to the WHO letter, Dr. Zafar Mirza said in a statement that the government is pursuing a comprehensive strategy to combat the corona virus. He said that the daily situation in the NCOC is closely monitored and decision making is done in collaboration with the provinces.


Dr. Zafar Mirza said that all the provinces and Azad Kashmir are represented in the NCOC and all decisions are taken in consultation with the Prime Minister. “We come from economically low- and middle-income countries, where two-thirds of our population lives on a daily income,” he said.


The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister said that decisions are taken in the best interest of the people keeping in view the situation of Corona virus. “We are pursuing a strategy to save people’s lives and jobs and keep a balance between them. We have deliberately eased the lockdown in the country,” he said. Dr Zafar Mirza said that emphasis was laid on SOPs in shops, mosques, markets and public transport and wearing of masks has been made mandatory in the entire country. “We have introduced a highly active tracing testing quarantine policy, which identifies areas where the virus has spread,” he sai
