According to the National Dashboard of Pakistan, the total number of coronavirus cases has increased to 27474, of which 19100 are active cases and 618 deaths have been reported so far.
The latest statistics from the national dashboard show that 137 patients remained in critical condition while 7756 patients recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The country has registered 1637 new cases in the last 24 hours.
Punjab has the highest number of infections up to 10471, followed by Sindh with 9691 patients. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) reported 4,327 cases, 421 in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), 1876 in Baluchistan, 609 in Islamabad and 79 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
