Bannu: A suicide bomber attacked a police station located in the area of Bannu, killing three police officers of the five people injured and damage in the early hours of Tuesday, police said.
According to police, the incident took place when an attacker driving a car bomb ripped through a police station Habib, resultantly, five people, including three policemen were injured.
The explosion also damaged police stations while crystals of the building located near the scene were shattered into pieces.
The injured have been taken to DHQ hospital.
Strong contingent of police have surrounded the area.

بنوں … بنوں میں خود کش حملہ آور نے بارود سے بھری گاڑی تھانے سے ٹکرادی، دھماکے میں 3 پولیس اہلکاروں سمیت 5 افراد زخمی ہوگئے۔ پولیس کے مطابق بنوں میں تھانہ ہوید پر خودکش حملہ آور نے حملہ کیا اور بارودی سے بھری گاڑی تھانے کے پچھلے حصے سے ٹکرادی، حملے کے بعد علاقے میں شدید فائرنگ بھی شروع ہوگئی۔ دھماکے سے تھانے کی عمارت کو نقصان پہنچا جبکہ قریبی گھروں کے شیشے بھی ٹوٹ گئے۔ حملے میں زخمی ہونے والے 3 پولیس اہلکاروں سمیت 5 افراد کو ڈی ایچ کیو اسپتال منتقل کیا گیا۔ واقعے کے بعد پولیس کی بھاری نفری نے علاقے کو گھیرے میں لے لیا ہے۔
