Attack on Malala: SIC to protest on Friday

(eNews.pk) - Lahore: Sunny Ittehad Council (SIC) has announced to observe a national day of protest on Friday (October 12) against the attack on Malala Yousafzai




In a statement issued here Thursday, SIC Chairman Sahibzada Fazal Karim said special prayers will be held on Friday at a meeting early recovery and well-being of Malala Yousafzai.
"The attack on Malala Yousafzai caused injuries on the body of the nation," he said.
He said that suicide bombings and drone turned Pakistan into valley of death. Terrorists are not Jihadists, the rioters, he said.
Sahibazada Fazal Karim urged the whole nation stood against terrorism, adding the U.S. agenda and the Pakistani Taliban is to weaken and then destroy the country.
"A nation, a country with an army then crushed the cancer of terrorism," he said.

لاہور … سنی اتحاد کونسل نے جمعہ 12 اکتوبر کو دخترِ وطن ملالہ یوسف زئی پر حملے کے خلاف ملک گیر یومِ مذمت منانے کا اعلان کیا ہے، چیئرمین سنی اتحاد کونسل صاحبزادہ فضل کریم کا کہنا ہے کہ جمعہ کے اجتماعات میں ملالہ یوسف زئی کی صحت اور سلامتی کیلئے خصوصی دعائیں مانگی جائیں گی۔ لاہور سے جاری بیان میں صاحبزادہ فضل کریم نے کہا کہ خود کش اور ڈرون حملوں نے پاکستان کو موت کی وادی بنا دیا، ملالہ یوسف زئی پر حملے سے پورا ملک زخمی ہے، دہشت گرد جہادی نہیں، فسادی ہیں۔ ان کا کہنا تھاکہ پوری قوم ہر طرح کی دہشت گردی کیخلاف اٹھ کھڑی ہو، امریکا اور پاکستانی طالبان دونوں کا ایجنڈا پاکستان کو کمزور اور تباہ کرنا ہے، قوم دہشت گردی کے ناسور کو کچلنے کیلئے پاک فوج کے ساتھ کھڑی ہو جائے۔
