The son of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Leader Nabil Gabol, Nadir Gabol, granted a provisional bail from a local court. The court ordered the defendant Nadir Gabol to pay a deposit of 20,000 rupees to the court.
A complainant named Haroon Khan has registered a case against Nadir Gabol at the Sahil police station in Karachi.
Complainant Haroon Khan from FIR said he drove his motorcycle on 26th Street on April 13 when Nadir Gabol, who was driving a black-modified vehicle without a license plate, hit his motorcycle and then fled the scene. He said his motorcycle slipped and he was injured and his vehicle was damaged in the incident. He added that he tracked down the vehicle involved in the incident and contacted Nadir Gabol about the matter.
The complainant said in the FIR: “He admitted that he drove the car and told me I am Nadir Gabol, the son of Nabil Gabol.” Do whatever you want. “
In his complaint against the police, he called for strict measures against the accused.
Nadir Gabol, on the other hand, claimed that the petitioner filed a false complaint against him.

پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی (پی پی پی) کے رہنما نبیل گبول کے بیٹے نادر گبول کی مقامی عدالت نے عبوری ضمانت منظور کرلی۔ عدالت نے ملزم نادر گبول کو عدالت میں 20،000 روپے کے ضامن ضمانت کے بانڈ جمع کروانے کی ہدایت کی۔
نادر گبول کے خلاف ہارون خان نامی شکایت کنندہ کی جانب سے کراچی کے ساحل تھانے میں ہٹ اینڈ رن مقدمہ درج کیا گیا تھا۔
ایف آئی آر میں شکایت کنندہ ہارون خان نے بتایا کہ وہ 13 اپریل کو 26 ویں اسٹریٹ پر اپنی موٹرسائیکل پر سوار تھا جب نادر گبول جو لائسنس پلیٹ کے بغیر کالے رنگ میں تبدیلی والی گاڑی چلا رہا تھا اس نے موٹرسائیکل کو ٹکر ماری اور پھر وہ موقع سے فرار ہوگیا۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ اس کی موٹرسائیکل پھٹنے کی وجہ سے پھسل گئی اور وہ زخمی ہوگیا اور اس واقعے میں اس کی گاڑی کو نقصان پہنچا۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ انہوں نے واقعے میں ملوث گاڑی کا سراغ لگا لیا تھا اور اس معاملے پر نادر گبول سے رابطہ کیا تھا۔
شکایت کنندہ نے ایف آئی آر میں کہا ہے کہ ، “اس نے اعتراف کیا کہ وہ کار چلا رہا تھا اور مجھ سے کہو ، میں نادر گبول ولد نبیل گبول ہوں ،‘ جو کرنا چاہتے ہو کرو۔ ”
انہوں نے پولیس کے خلاف اپنی شکایت میں ملزم کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا۔
