US releases $1.1bn for Pak under CSF

(eNews.pk) - WASHINGTON: The United States has released $ 1100 million to Pakistan in the Coalition Fund (CSF) in the middle of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries regarding the restoration of NATO supplies .




The money, from a "LCR" U.S. designed to reimburse Pakistan for the cost of counterinsurgency operations that had been withheld because of tensions between the two countries and Islamabad closing supply routes.
Earlier, the memorandum of understanding was signed by U.S. Charge d'Affaires Richard Hoagland and Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Admiral Ahmad Farrokh in Rawalpindi.








امريکا نے پاکستان کو کوليشن سپورٹ فنڈ کے1.1ارب ڈالر جاري کرديئے


واشنگٹن…امريکا نے پاکستان کے لئے اتحادي سپورٹ فنڈ کے ايک ارب ڈالر جاري کرديئے ہيں.امريکا نے سلالہ چيک پوسٹ پرحملے کے بعد پاکستان کي جانب سے نيٹو سپلائي لائن بند کئے جانے کے بعد سے کوليشن سپورٹ فنڈ کے ايک اعشاريہ ايک ارب ڈالر روک لئے تھے. آج پاکستان اور امريکا کے درميان نيٹو سپلائي کي بحالي پر معاہدے پر دستخط کے بعد امريکا نے پاکستان کو کوليشن سپورٹ فنڈکي مد ميں روکے گئے 1.1ارب ڈالر جاري کئے گئے ہيں.پاکستان کو دہشت گردي کے خلاف جنگ ميں اخراجات کي مد ميں رقم ادا کي جاتي ہے جسے کوليشن سپورٹ فنڈ کہا جاتا ہے.ايک ارب دس کروڑ ڈالر 2011کے اخراجات کي مد ميں جاري کيے گئے.
