Two injured in Chinese Consulate blast

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: Two people, including a Ranger were injured when an explosion occurred near the Chinese Consulate in the Clifton area of Karachi, Monday.




According to sources, the explosion of a remote-controlled bomb near the Chinese consulate wounded two people, including a security man were taken to hospital for treatment. A three car and motorcycle were also damaged by the explosion.
Initial reports suggest that the bomb was set on a motorcycle.
Teams of police and rescue arrived, while security forces have initiated an investigation.
