(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Tuesday reviewed security arrangements for Chehlum of the martyrs of Karbala and directed officials of the agencies responsible for enforcement of the four original provinces and departments to implement the instructions detailed issued by the Home Office, in letter and spirit.




Federal Interior Minister expressed these views while chairing a high level meeting in Islamabad in which they discussed the law and order situation and instructions were issued to exercise extreme vigilance during Chehlum of Karbala Shuada and nationwide.
Interior Minister ordered the interior ministers of the four provinces and Inspectors General of Police (IGP) Islamabad to ensure the installation of walk through gates at points of entry and close monitoring of the processions.
Rehman Malik also to the relevant authorities to conduct aerial surveillance of the processions in the most sensitive places of the country.

اسلام آباد…وفاقی وزیر داخلہ رحمان ملک نے خدشہ ظاہرکیاہے کہ دہشت گرد چہلم امام حسین پر کارروائیاں کر سکتے ہیں،صوبائی حکومتوں کو سیکیورٹی کے فول پروف انتظامات یقینی بنانے کی ہدایات جاری کر دی گئی ہیں،موبائل فون سروس اور موٹر سائیکلز کی بندش کا فیصلہ صوبے کریں گے۔وفاقی وزیر داخلہ رحمان ملک کی زیر صدارت اسلام آباد میں اعلیٰ سطح کا اجلاس ہوا جس میں شہداء کربلا کے چہلم پر سیکیورٹی انتظامات کا جائزہ لیاگیا۔اجلاس میں وفاقی سیکریٹری داخلہ،چیف کمشنر اسلام آباد، آئی جی اور دیگر اعلیٰ حکام نے شرکت کی۔ اجلاس کے دوران وفاقی وزیر داخلہ نے کہا کہ چہلم حضرت امام حسین کے موقع پر صوبوں نے سیکیورٹی خدشات کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے ہدایت کی کہ عزاداری جلوسوں کی فضائی نگرانی کے علاوہ واک تھرو گیٹس لگائے جائیں۔اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ وفاقی دارلحکومت میں چہلم کے موقع پر دو ہزار پولیس اہلکار سیکیورٹی کے فرائض انجام دیں گے، ایس پی کی نگرانی میں جلوس کے راستے کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کیا گیاہے۔
