Stop ridicule the president: Raja Parvez Ashraf

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister, Raja Pervez Ashraf Monday said that some politicians were trying to spoil the political environment to throw mud against the president of Pakistan.




In a press conference here at PPP Media Centre here senior Pakistan Peoples Party leader, Raja Pervez Ashraf has warned against pushing the country's politics back in the 1990s was.
He said that a plot had been hatched to delay elections in the country and those who seek to provoke the PPP workers were also part of the conspiracy.
"Showing disrespect for the president was how to bring the country, the constitution, the parliament," Pervez Ashraf said adding that political parties should count their accomplishments during their rule five years, instead of accusing anyone else.

اسلام آباد…سابق وزیراعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا ہے کہ صدر آصف زرداری کی تضحیک بند نہ کی گئی تو مخالفین کو بھر پور جواب دے سکتے ہیں، ان میں تو برداشت کا مادہ بھی نہیں۔ سابق وزیراعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے اسلام آباد میں نیوز کانفرنس کے دوران کہا کہ کچھ لیڈر صدر آصف علی زرداری کو تنقید کا نشانہ بنا رہے ہیں جو پارلیمنٹ کو ہدف بنانے کے مترادف ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ مخالفین پیپلز پارٹی پر ضرور تنقید کریں مگر صدر کو نشانہ بنانے کا کسی کو حق نہیں، وہ انتخابی مہم میں شامل نہیں ہیں۔ راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا کہ صدر آصف علی زرداری کی تضحیک بند نہ کی گئی تو پیپلز پارٹی کے پاس بھی بہت مواد ہے۔
