SC should deliver Asghar Khan case at logical end

(eNews.pk) - DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the Supreme Court of Pakistan should take Asghar Khan case to a logical end so no one could use it as a political weapon, Geo news reported Tuesday.




In a brief interaction with the media in his home town of Dera Ismail Khan, the Maulana said that once the Supreme Court had taken over the case must now take it to a logical conclusion.
The JUI-F chief was of the view that the Supreme Court should not leave the research phase to the government.

مو لا نا فضل الر حما ن نے کہا ہے کہ سپریم کو رٹ نے اصغر خا ن کیس کھو ل دیا ہے تو اب منطقی انجام تک بھی پہنچا ئے ،ایسا نہ ہو کہ یہ مقدمہ صرف سیا سی ہتھیا ر کے طو ر پر استعما ل کیا جا ئے، ڈیرہ اسما عیل خان میں میڈیا سے مختصر با ت چیت کے دوران مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ عدا لت نے اصغر خا ن کیس کو کھو لا ہے تو اب اسے منطقی انجام تک بھی پہنچا ئے تفتیش کا مر حلہ حکو مت پر نہ چھو ڑے،ورنہ یہ کیس بھی محض سیا سی ہتھیا ر بن جا ئے گا۔اس سے قبل انہو ں نے سکھر میں کا میاب جلسہ منعقد ہو نے پر سکھر سے ڈیرہ اسما عیل خان آنے والی ریلی سے خطا ب بھی کیا ۔
