Rawalpindi: Outlaws kill 2 during search operation

(eNews.pk) - RAWALPINDI: unknown outlaws hiding up in his lair police opened fire during a search operation here killing two, including a command Elite Force, Geo news reported Thursday night.




Sources said the number of police who pursue an offensive against bandits came under sniper fire in Katarian, on the outskirts of Rawalpindi. The shooting killed a police officer and a citizen.
"We lost one of our best men in the surprise attack," police said.
