Rangers Operation: Woman among 3 killed

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: At least three people, including a woman were slain when a crackdown on violent local drug dealers here on late Friday, Geo news reported.




According Rangers officials, a crackdown was underway against gangs selling drugs in Muslimabad Landhi area when some drug pushers opened fire on the paramilitary forces. A retaliatory fire flew two alleged drug dealers and a passerby woman, all three of them slain then and there, they added.
Rangers also large quantities of controlled substances and gambling equipment seized during the operation.
About three dozen suspects were also arrested, who were transferred to Rangers Headquarters for further investigation.

کراچی… کراچی میں لانڈھی کے علاقے مسلم آباد میں رینجرز کا منشیات فروشوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاوٴن میں خاتون سمیت تین افراد ہلاک ہوئے ہیں جبکہ تین درجن سے زائد افراد کو حراست میں بھی لیا گیا ہے۔ رینجرز حکام کے مطابق لانڈھی کے علاقے مسلم آباد میں قائم منشیات اور جوئے کے اڈوں پر رینجرز نے آپریشن کیا۔ اس دوران منشیات فروشوں سے فائرنگ کا تبادلہ بھی ہوا جس میں دو مبینہ منشیات فروش ہلاک ہو گئے جبکہ فائرنگ کی زد میں آکر ایک خاتون بھی جاں بحق ہو گئی۔ آپریشن کے دوارن علاقے کے تمام داخلی اور خارجی راستے بند کر کے کسی کو علاقے میں جانے کی اجازت نہیں تھی آپریشن میں بھاری مقدار میں منشیات اور جوئے کا سامان قبضے میں لے لیا گیا ہے جبکہ حراست میں لے گئے افراد کو تحقیقات کے لئے ہیڈکواٹر منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے۔
