نیپرا نے بجلی کی قیمت میں 2.06 روپے کا اضافہ کیا

نیشنل الیکٹرک پاور ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی (نیپرا) نے نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا ہے کہ فی یونٹ بجلی کی قیمت میں 2.06 روپے کا اضافہ کیا گیا ہے تاکہ ایندھن کی قیمتوں میں اضافے کو ایڈجسٹ کیا جاسکے۔

نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق ، قیمتوں میں اضافہ نومبر 2019 سے جون 2020 تک کیا گیا تھا۔ بجلی کی قیمت میں اضافے سے صارفین پر 20 ارب روپے سے زیادہ کا بوجھ پڑنے کی توقع ہے ، جنھیں اگست اور ستمبر کے بل ادا کرنے ہوں گے۔

نیپرا نے بتایا ہے کہ بجلی کی قیمتوں میں پانچ ماہ کے لئے اضافہ کیا گیا ہے جبکہ اس میں تین ماہ کے لئے کمی کی گئی ہے۔

اگست میں صارفین سے فی یونٹ اضافی طور پر ایک روپے 16 پیسے وصول کیے جائیں گے جبکہ ستمبر میں صارفین فی یونٹ ایک سو 90 روپے اضافی ادائیگی کریں گے۔

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has announced that the price of electricity per unit has been increased by 2.06 rupees to reflect an increase in fuel prices.

According to the announcement, the price increase took place from November 2019 to June 2020. The increase in the price of electricity is expected to place a burden of more than Rs 20 billion on consumers who will have to pay their bills for August and September.

NEPRA has stated that electricity prices have been increased for five months and decreased for three months.

In August consumers will be charged an additional Rs 1.16 per unit while in September consumers will be charged an additional Rs 0.90 per unit.
