Justice Nasirul Mulk took oath as Chief Justice

(eNews.pk) - Justice Nasirul Mulk took oath as the 22nd Chief Justice of Pakistan. Chief Justice of Pakistan Tassadaq Hussain Jilani confirmed as 21th Chief Justice after reaching age 65 he is retired and then Chief Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk become the 22nd Chief Justice of Pakistan and he took oath by Mamnoon Hussain as the President of Pakistan. Swearing in ceremony of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, besides the three armed forces chiefs, Federal Ministers, Jamiat Ulema Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and attended by judges of the Supreme Court.








جسٹس ناصرالملک نے بطور چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان عہدے کا حلف اٹھا لیا


جسٹس ناصرالملک نے ملک کے بطور 22 ویں چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کی حیثیت سے عہدے کا حلف اٹھا لیا۔ چیف جسٹس تصدق حسین جیلانی پاکستان کے21ویں چیف جسٹس کی حیثیت سے65 سال کی عمر تک پہنچنے کے بعد ریٹائر ہوگئےجس کے بعد نئے نامزد چیف جسٹس ناصر الملک نے ایوان صدر میں منعقدہ تقریب میں صدر مملکت ممنون حسین سے عہدے کا حلف لیا۔ حلف برداری تقریب میں وزیراعظم نواز شریف کے علاوہ تینوں مسلح افواج کے سربراہان ، چیئرمین جوائنٹ چیف آف اسٹاف کمیٹی، چیئرمین سینیٹ نیئر بخاری ، وفاقی وزرا، جمعیت علما اسلام (ف) کے سربراہ مولانا فضل الرحمان اور سپریم کورٹ کے ججز نے بھی شرکت کی۔
