Islamabad, Kalar Kahar motorway shut due to fog

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The highway has been closed from Islamabad to Kallar Kahar as thick fog covered the federal capital and surrounding areas.




Police said highway, there is a dense fog from Peshawar to Burhan Rashkai and Islamabad, adding that the visibility range is about 30 to 60 kilometers.
Police said the visibility range of Hassan Abdal to Islamabad and is 10 kilometers from Rawalpindi to Jehlum is zero to 10 kilometers.
The GT Road, visibility from Lahore to Okara is 50 to 100 kilometers.

اسلام آباد…شدید دُھند کے باعث اسلام آباد سے کلرکہارتک موٹروے کو بند کردیا گیا ہے۔موٹر وے پولیس کے مطابق پشاور سے رشکئی اور برہان سے اسلام آباد تک شدید دُھند ہے اور حد نظر 30 سے 60 میٹر تک ہے۔موٹروے پولیس کے مطابق جی ٹی روڈ پر حسن ابدال سے اسلام آباد تک شدید دُھند اور حد نظر 10میٹر ہے۔جی ٹی روڈ پر راولپنڈی سے جہلم تک شدید دُھند اور حد نظر صفر سے10 میٹر تک ہے۔جی ٹی روڈ پر لاہور سے اوکاڑہ تک دُھند اور حد نظر50 سے 100میٹر ہے۔موٹروے پولیس کے مطابق جی ٹی روڈ پر کسوال سے لودھراں تک دُھند اور حد نظر 40 سے 50 میٹر ہیجبکہ موٹرویز اور ہائی ویز پر دُھند میں اضافے کا بھی امکان ہے۔
