Gas Supply will suspended for 36 hours in Lahore

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: Due to further development / maintenance work to millions of consumers around Lahore will face a 36-hour Sui (natural) gas closure from Monday 9:00 AM, Geo news reported




Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) notified the court of gas in a statement issued here.
"The gas supply to consumers will be suspended so the company could join a pipeline of 24" diameter for the system, "said a spokesman for SNGPL.
He said that this development will strengthen the supply of gas to consumers.
"Welding of a pipe joint between a big and main line is a waste of time and hectic work, so we urge consumers to cooperate with us," he added.

لاہور…لاہور اورگردو نواح کے بیشتر علاقوں میں 26نومبر صبح نوبجے سے منگل کی شب 9بجے تک گیس سپلائی بند رہے گی۔ سوئی ناردرن کے ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ صارفین کو گیس فراہمی بڑھانے کیلئے 24 انچ قطر کی مین لائن پر جوڑ لگایا جارہا ہے جسکے باعث گیس سپلائی معطل کرنا پڑرہی ہے۔ ترجمان سوئی ناردرن کے مطابق 24 انچ قطر کی لائن کو سسٹم سے جوڑا جارہا ہے اس لئے لاہور کے بیشترعلاقوں میں گیس فراہمی 26 نومبر کی صبح 9 بجے سے اگلے 36 گھنٹے تک معطل رہے گی۔ لاہور کینٹ ،ٹاؤن شپ ،فیروز پور روڈ ،ماڈل ٹاؤن ،گلبرگ ایریا ،ہربنس پورہ ،بیدیا ں روڈ ،چونگی امرسدھو، سبزہ زار ،ملتان روڈ اور دیگر کئی علاقوں میں گیس بند رہے گی۔ لا ہور کے علاوہ ضلع قصور ،دیپالپور ،مصطفی آباد ،سوئے آصل ، راجہ جنگ ،جمن گاؤں ،بدو ملی ،پانڈو کے اورلدھے کے میں بھی گیس بند رہے گی۔
