ECP takes notice of job regularization appointment

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has taken note of the new appointments, the granting of loans and regularization of jobs in Sindh, Punjab and federal governments, Geo news reported.




In a statement, CEO of PCE Syed Sher Afgan said the Punjab government regularized 100,000 employees of grade 1-16, while the Sindh government has provided loans to 300,000 young people under Waseela Rozgar Scheme.
He said both the provincial government violated the orders of PCE, which equates to an impact on the election results.
The ECP also noted to Farooq Awan as finance member of the PTA by the federal government.
The Commission sought the answer in three to seven days after federal and Punjab Sindh governments respectively.

اسلام آباد…الیکشن کمیشن نے وفاقی، پنجاب اور سندھ حکومتوں کی جانب سے سرکاری ملازمین کو مستقل کرنے، قرضے دینے اور تقرریوں کا نوٹس لے لیا ہے۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل الیکشن کمیشن سید شیر افگن نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ پنجاب حکومت نے گریڈ ایک سے 16کے ایک لاکھ ملازمین کو مستقل کیا، اسی طرح سندھ حکومت نے وسیلہ روزگار اسکیم کے تحت 3 لاکھ نوجوانوں کو قرضے دیئے، سندھ اور پنجاب حکومتوں کے یہ اقدامات الیکشن کمیشن کے احکامات کی خلاف ورزی اور انتخابی نتائج پر اثر انداز ہونے کے مترادف ہیں۔ الیکشن کمیشن نے وفاقی حکومت کی جانب سے فاروق اعوان کو پی ٹی اے کا ممبر فنانس بنانے کا بھی نوٹس لے لیا۔ ڈی جی الیکشن کمیشن نے کہا کہ اطلاعات کے مطابق حکومت پی ٹی اے کے ذریعے اربوں ڈالر کے تھری جی لائسنسوں کا نیلام کرنا چاہتی ہے، وفاقی حکومت کے اس حکم پر عمل درآمد روکا جائے۔ وفاقی اور پنجاب حکومتوں سے 3 دن میں جبکہ سندھ حکومت سے 7 دن میں جواب مانگا گیا ہے۔
