Cheif Minister Punjab's Son-in-Law Bail Granted

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: The court Friday approved the bail plea of Imran Ali, son-in-law of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, in the case where torture of a bakery employee in Defence area, Geo news reported.




The Lahore court bail to Ali Imran against the security of Rs 50,000 bond.
Ali Imran appeared in the police station on Wednesday, where police arrested him under Article 109. On Thursday, the police gave him before the area where the magistrate magistrate Ali Imran remand in custody for 14 days after brief treatment of the case.
Shahbaz Sharif had directed the administration to his son-in-law Imran Ali in the investigation of the case record.

لاہور…بیکری ملازم تشدد کیس میں وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب کے دامادعلی عمران کی درخواست ضمانت منظور کرلی گئی۔ لاہور کی عدالت نے 50ہزارکے مچلکوں کے عوض علی عمران کی ضمانت منظورکی۔بیکری ملازم پر تشددکرنے کے الزام میں وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب شہباز شریف کے داماد علی عمران کو گزشتہ روز 14/ روزکے لیے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھیج دیا گیا تھا۔ ملزم کو کینٹ کچہری میں ڈیوٹی مجسٹریٹ علی مازغنی کی عدالت میں پیش کیا گیا۔ علی عمران پربیکری ملازم پر تشدد کے جرم میں اعانت کاالزام ہے۔واضح رہے کہ بیکری ملازم پر تشدد کی فوٹیج میڈیا پر آنے کے بعد وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب نے اپنے داماد کو حکم دیا تھا کہ وہ کیس کی تفتیش میں شامل ہوں۔
