B’stan law & order case will be hear today

(eNews.pk) - QUETTA: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry arrived here Sunday to resume hearing on the petition on constitutional law and order in Balochistan and in other cases, Geo news.




Balochistan High Court Bar Association has filed the petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, which is being heard by a three-member tribunal headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Jawwad S Khwaja as members.
The bank in its previous audience realized the serious increase in the number of missing persons, the incidence of kidnapping for ransom, street and other henious crimes across the province and directed the concerned quarters to take concrete steps to restore peace in throughout the province.

کوئٹہ … چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان افتخار محمد چوہدری آج سے بلوچستان میں امن و امان سمیت مختلف کیسز کی سماعت کریں گے۔ چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کوئٹہ رجسٹری بینچ آج سے بلوچستان میں لاپتہ افراد اور امن و امان سمیت مختلف کیسز کی سماعت کریں گا۔ سہ رکنی بینچ میں جسٹس جواد ایس خواجہ اور جسٹس خلجی عارف حسین بھی شامل ہیں۔ عدالت عظمیٰ نے گزشتہ سماعت کے دوران لاپتہ افراد، اغوا برائے تاوان اور دیگر امن و امان کی صورتحال کا سخت نوٹس لیا تھا اور متعلقہ حکام کو صوبے میں امن و امان کے قیام کیلئے ٹھوس اقدامات کرنے کا حکم دیا تھا۔
