Chiniot Man Arrested For Posting Gun Photos on Social Media

چنیوٹ پولیس نے ایک شخص کو اس کے سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹ پر بندوق کی تصاویر اور ویڈیوز اپ لوڈ کرنے پر گرفتار کیا۔

چناب پولیس نے اس کی ویڈیو وائرل ہونے کے بعد اُس کا گھر ڈھونڈ لیا اور اسے گرفتار کرلیا۔ اس کی پستول بھی ضبط کرلی گئی۔

ڈیٹا پروٹیکشن آفیسر سید حسنین اصغر کے حکم پر یہ کارروائی کی گئی ۔ ایک مقدمہ بھی درج کیا گیا تھا۔

پچھلے سال ، پولیس نے فیڈرل انویسٹی گیشن ایجنسی کے ساتھ سوشل میڈیا پر اسلحہ کی نمائش کے خلاف ایک مہم چلائی تھی۔ پولیس نے کہا کہ وہ مشتبہ افراد کو گرفتار کریں گے اور ان کے سوشل میڈیا اکاؤنٹس کو بھی بلاک کردیں گے۔

Chiniot police arrested a man for uploading pictures and videos of the gun on his social media account.

Chenab police searched his house after his video went viral and arrested him. His pistol was also confiscated.

The operation was carried out on the orders of Data Protection Officer Syed Hasnain Asghar. A case was also registered.

Last year, police launched a campaign with the Federal Investigation Agency against the display of weapons on social media. Police said they would arrest the suspects and block their social media accounts.
