(eNews.pk) - LONDON: Wikileaks founder Julian Assange on Tuesday Walked into Ecuador's embassy in London and applied for political asylum in a sensational bid to avoid extradition to Sweden over Alleged Sex Crimes.

The former computer hacker, who last week exhausted all legal options in His fight extradition to Britain, was holed up at the embassy in central London while Quito Examined the request, Officials said.

لندن ... وکي ليکس کے باني جوليان اسانج نے ايکواڈور ميں سياسي پناہ کي درخواست دے دي ہے.وکي ليکس کے نام سے دنيا بھر ميں تہلکہ مچانے والے جوليان اسانج کو سوئيڈن ميں جنسي جرائم کے مقدمات کا سامنا ہے اور وہ اس معاملے ميں برطانيہ ميں اپني قانوني جنگ لڑ رہے ہيں. جہاں انہيں سوئيڈن بے دخلي کا سامنا تھا ليکن اب اسانج نے جنوبي امريکا کے ملک ايکواڈور ميں سياسي پناہ کے ليے درخواست دے دي ہے. ايکواڈور ميں ان کي درخواست پر غور جاري ہے. تب تک انہوں نے لندن ميں ايکواڈور کے سفارت خانے ميں پناہ لے لي ہے.. جہاں انہيں سرکاري پناہ دے دي گئي ہے. ايکواڈور کي حکومت نے ايک بيان ميں کہا ہيکہ وہ اس معاملے پر سوئيڈن، برطانيہ اور امريکا سے مشاورت کررہے ہيں اور بين الاقوامي قانون کا جائزہ ليا جارہا ہے.
