UN urges Pak, India to de-escalate tensions at LoC

(eNews.pk) - UNITED NATIONS: The United Nations on Wednesday urged Pakistan and India to facilitate new tensions over the disputed Kashmir through dialogue and said that no complaint has been made about a confrontation in which India claimed that one of its soldiers was beheaded.




The force of UN observers in Kashmir but are investigating an incident in which Pakistan said one of its soldiers died, UN spokesman Martin Nesirky told reporters in New York.
