Tripartite Core Group meeting in Brussels today

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: As part of the high-level consultations between Pakistan, Afghanistan and the United States, army chief General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani will proceed to Brussels for the Tripartite Core Group meeting with President Hamid Karzai and the Secretary of State of the United States John Kerry today (Tuesday).




During the meeting, issues related to peace and stability and national reconciliation in Afghanistan will be discussed.
Pakistan has always tried to promote a peace process in Afghan-led and Afghan-owned.

برسلز…افغان امن عمل اور خطے کی صورت حال پر غور کے لیے سہ فریقی کور گروپ اجلاس آج برسلز میں شروع ہوگا۔ ترجمان دفترخارجہ کے مطابق بیلجیم کے دارالحکومت برسلز میں 23 اور 24 اپریل کو ہونی والے اجلاس میں جنرل اشفاق پرویز کیانی، سیکرٹری خارجہ جلیل عباس جیلانی ، افغان صدر حامد کرزئی اور امریکی وزیر خارجہ جان کیری شریک ہوں گے۔ اجلاس میں افغانستان میں امن و استحکام سے متعلق معاملات پر غور کیا جائے گا۔ ترجمان دفتر خارجہ کے مطابق پاکستان افغانستان میں دیرپا امن کے لیے اپناکرداراداکرتا رہے گا۔ اپنے دورے کے دوران جنرل اشفاق پرویز کیانی سینئر نیٹو حکام سے ملاقاتیں بھی کریں گے۔
