Swiss Authorities refuses to reopen Zardari cases

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Pakistan A letter written by Switzerland Tuesday revealed that corruption cases can not be reopened against President Asif Ali Zardari in a Swiss court of law, Geo news.




Ministry of Law in Pakistan, which received the Swiss Government's response to the letter written to the government of Pakistan after the order of the apex court in the NRO case, opened on tuesday.
According to sources, the Swiss authorities made ​​it clear the money laundering cases against President Asif Ali Zardari and others could not be reopened, and are blown forever be "untimely." That is the time (period) in these cases could be reopened legally has expired.
Swiss lawyers officials also said they had not received new evidence against the president of Pakistan, the sources added.
The letter was opened by the Minister of Justice, Zahid Hamid, sources said.

جنیوا…آئینی مدت پوری ہو چکی،صدر زرداری کے خلاف ثبوت نہیں مل سکے ،سوئس حکام کاخط کھل گیا،کرپشن مقدمات نہیں کھل سکتے،بہت دیرہوگئی،اب کارروائی نہیں ہوسکتی ،صدرزرداری کوکلین چٹ مل گئی۔ وزارت قانون نے جوابی چٹھی پڑھ کے رکھ دی۔ سوئس حکام کی جانب سے وزارت قانون کوملنے والاخط بالآخرمنظرعام پرآگیا۔۔ خط میں سوئس حکام نے واضح کیاہے کہ صدر زرداری کے خلاف سوئس کیس کھولنے کا وقت گزر گیا، اب ان کے خلاف کوئی کارروائی نہیں ہوسکتی،سوئس اٹارنی جنرل نے خط میں لکھا ہے کہ ایسے کیسزکے لیے مخصوص 15 برس کی آئینی مدت پوری ہوچکی ہے جبکہ صدرزرداری کیخلاف نئے شواہد یا حقائق بھی نہیں مل سکے اس لیے اب سوئس عدالتوں میں یہ مقدمات دوبارہ نہیں کھولے جاسکتے۔خط میں مزید کہاگیا ہے کہ 25اگست 2008ء کو مقدمات بند کردیے گئے تھے جن کودوبارہ نہ کھولنے کافیصلہ کیاگیاہے۔سوئس کیسزکھولنے کے لیے پاکستانی حکومت نے5 نومبر2012ء کو سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کے حکم پرسوئس حکام کوخط لکھا تھا۔
