جب تیز ہوائیں چلتی ہیں تو نا صرف انسانوں کا کھڑا ہو نا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے بلکہ یہ مضبوط عمارتوں کو بھی نقصان پہنچا دیتی ہیں۔ایسا ہی کچھ ہوا روس میں جہاںمست طو فانی ہوا ایسی چلی کہ درختوں ،کھمبوں اور انسانوں کے ساتھ ساتھ بلند بلڈنگ کی چھت بھی اڑا کر لے گئی۔ ہوا کا ایسا طا قتور جھو نکا چلا کہ راستے میں مو جود اس عمارت کی چھت پر لگی لکڑی کو کسی کاغذ کی طرح اپنے ساتھ اڑا کر لے گیا۔
