عید کی تعطیلات کے دوران اے ٹی ایمز کی خرابی کے باعث اکثر عید کے رنگ میں بھنگ پڑ جاتا ہے۔اسٹیٹ بینک نے بینکوں کو اے ٹی ایمز کے مسائل کے فوری حل اور اس سے متعلقہ شکایات درج کرانے کیلئےخصوصی ہیلپ ڈیسک کے قیام کی ہدایات جاری کردیں ۔اسٹیٹ بینک کی جانب سے تمام بینکوں کو ہدایات دی گئیں ہیں کہ عید کے دوران عوام کو کسی قسم کی پریشانی سے بچانے کیلئے اے ٹی ایمز کی مسلسل نگرانی اور نقد رقم کی 24 گھنٹے دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔متعلقہ شکایات کے اندراج کیلئے خصوصی ہیلپ ڈیسک یا رابطہ مراکز قائم کیئے جائیں، اسکے علاوہ ہیلپ ڈیسک کے نمبر تمام اے ٹی ایم بوتھس پر نمایاں ہوں اور یہ نمبر 24گھنٹے کام کرتے رہیں جبکہ رابطے کی تفصیلات عید کی تعطیلات سے قبل اخبارات میں شائع کی جائیں ۔
