SC hears NRO case today

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: A five-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Asif Saeed Khan Khosa case the application will take the NRO on Wednesday (today).




During the last hearing on 25 July, the court threw the ball in the court of the Attorney General and advised him to find a solution.
However, the court made ​​clear that what the letter should be written to the Swiss authorities.
"We are confident that the gap between the positions taken by both institutions is not impossible to save and wish him (AG) and its efforts to resolve the outstanding issue," Khosa said the judge hearing the NRO implementation on July 25.
Two weeks were given to Raja Pervaiz Ashraf Prime Minister to write the letter to Swiss authorities to reopen corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari, and others.

اسلام آباد… جسٹس آصف سعيد کھوسہ کي سربراہي ميں سپريم کورٹ کا پانچ رکني بنچ اين آر او عمل درآمد کيس کي سماعت آج کرے گا.اٹارني جنرل عرفان قادر کا کہنا ہے کہ جواب عدالت ميں داخل کيا جائيگا اور کوشش کي جائے گي کہ معاملات صلح صفائي سے حل ہو جائيں، تصادم نہ ہو. ميڈيا سے مختصر گفتگو ميں اٹارني جنرل کا کہنا تھا کہ ہمارے ہر اقدام کا فائدہ عوام کو ہوگا. اين آر او عمل درآمد کيس کي گزشتہ سماعت 25جولائي کو ہوئي تھي جس ميں اٹارني جنرل نے عدالت کو يقين دہاني کرائي تھي کہ اين آر او فيصلے پر عمل درآمد کے حوالے سے حل کے ليے سنجيدہ کوشش کي جائے گي . اس پر عدالت نے مقدمہ کي سماعت آٹھ اگست تک کے ليے ملتوي کر دي تھي.سات اگست کي شام تک اٹارني جنرل نے اس حوالے سے کوئي جواب سپريم کورٹ آفس ميں داخل نہيں کيا. سپريم کورٹ نے 12جولائي کواٹارني جنرل کے ذريعے حکم ديا تھا کہ وزير اعظم بغير مشورے کے عدالتي حکم پر عمل درآمد کر کے رپورٹ عدالت ميں داخل کريں.
