SA declare after Amla triple century

(eNews.pk) - LONDON: Hashim Amla hit Test century in South Africa three times for the first time as England players continued to suffer on the fourth day of the first Test match at the Oval on Sunday.




AMLA did not 311 as South Africa declared on 637 for two at tea, a first innings lead of 252.
Amla and Jacques Kallis (182 not out) put an unbeaten 377 for the third pedestrian, a record for South Africa against England.
Statement from South Africa left England with a potential of 43 overs to see out before the close of play on a dry field use.
