Ready for CEC slot: Fakhruddin

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Chief Election Commissioner nominated (CCA) and the senior jurist Justice (r) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim said Tuesday that his first priority would be to hold transparent elections, while the media and civil society should play a full role for this purpose.




Talking to news Channels in the Supreme Court here, Fakhruddin G Ibrahim, said he was ready to become the CEC. However, has not officially been informed of this, he added.
