Quetta: Two killed in Joint Road firing

(eNews.pk) - QUETTA: Anonymous armed men gunned down two people and injured one in the provincial capital of Balochisitan, Geo news reported Tuesday.




According to police, the tragic incident took place at the Joint Road near passport office when unknown gunmen killed two brothers, Mohammad Tahir and Mohammad Qadir. A passerby, Manzoor Ahmed, also sustained injuries in the incident.
The injured and bodies of the deceased were shifted to Civil Hospital, Quetta.
Security forces reached the incident site and cordoned off the area to nab the culprits while investigations were also kicked off.
Witnesses told that the administration of passport office does not open the gate on time due to which long queues are formed outside the office.
Two brothers were also among those who were waiting outside the passport office when they were targeted and shot dead.

کوئٹہ …کوئٹہ کے جائنٹ روڈ پر پاسپورٹ آفس کے سامنے نامعلوم افراد کي فائرنگ سے دو افراد جاں بحق جبکہ ايک زخمي ہوگيا. پوليس کے مطابق دو بھائي محمد طاہر اورمحمد قادر اپنا پاسپورٹ بنوانے کيلئے جوائنٹ روڈ سے ملحقہ ارباب برکت علي روڈ پر پاسپورٹ آفس کے سامنے کھڑے ہوئے تھے کہ موٹرسائيکل پر سوار نامعلوم افراد نے ان پر اندھا دھند فائرنگ کردي جس سے يہ دونوں افراد موقع پر جاں بحق جبکہ ايک راہ گير منظور احمد زخمي ہوگيا. لاشوں اور زخمي کو فوري طور پر سول ہسپتال کوئٹہ منتقل کيا گيا جہاں زخمي کي حالت خطرے باہر بتائي جاتي ہے واقعہ کے بعد پوليس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کي بھاري نفري علاقے ميں پہنچ گئي اور واقعہ کي تحقيقات شروع کردي گئيں ہيں پاسپورٹ افس کے باہر موجود عيني شاہدين کا کہنا ہے کہ پاسپورٹ آفس کي انتظاميہ آفس کا گيٹ بروقت نہيں کھولتي ہے جس کي وجہ سے پاسپورٹ بنوانے کيلئے آنے والوں کو باہر ہي انتظار کرنا پڑتا ہے آج بھي پاسپورٹ آفس کے باہر دونوں بھائيوں کو ٹارگٹ کلنگ کا نشانہ بنايا گيا.
