PTI writes to ECP, Punjab govt trying to influence

(eNews.pk) - The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has written a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan accusing the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) of trying to influence the by-election by the sudden release of advertisement by the Punjab government. The PML-N and the PTI are headed for a close contest in the NA-122 by-poll on 11 October. Former Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in contesting the election for the ruling party, with PTI candidate Aleem Khan expected to give him a tough contest








تحریک انصاف کا پنجاب حکومت کی تشہیری مہم کے خلاف الیکشن کمیشن کو خط


تحریک انصاف نے این اے 122 میں الیکشن سے قبل پنجاب حکومت کی تشہیری مہم کے خلاف الیکشن کمیشن سے نوٹس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔ تحریک انصاف کی جانب سے الیکشن کمیشن کو ایک خط تحریر کیا گیا ہے جس میں لکھا گیا ہے کہ لاہور سے قومی اسمبلی کے حلقے این اے 122 میں 2 روز بعد ضمنی الیکشن ہے اور اس سے قبل پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے اشتہاری مہم ضابطہ اخلاق کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ این اے 122 میں 11 اکتوبر کو ضمنی انتخاب ہونے جا رہا ہے جس میں مسلم لیگ (ن) کے امیدوار سردار ایاز صادق اور پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے امیدوار علیم خان کے درمیان سخت مقابلے کی توقع ہے جب کہ حلقے میں انتخابی مہم آج ختم ہو رہی ہے۔
