وزیراعظم عمران خان نے شوگر مافیا کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن شروع کردیا

وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے شوگر مافیا کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن شروع کرتے ہوئے فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) کو ملک بھر کی تمام شوگر ملوں کا آڈٹ کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق ، وزیر اعظم نے چینی کے بحران کی تحقیقات کے لئے قائم کردہ کمیشن کی پیش کردہ رپورٹ پر سیکیورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان (ایس ای سی پی) ، ایف بی آر اور فیڈرل انویسٹی گیشن ایجنسی (ایف آئی اے) کو تحقیقات شروع کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔

وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی برائے احتساب و داخلہ مرزا شہزاد اکبر نے اس سلسلے میں گورنر اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان (ایس بی پی) ، مسابقتی کمیشن آف پاکستان اور تین صوبوں کو ایک خط ارسال کیا ہے۔

وفاقی حکومت نے معاملے پر عمل درآمد رپورٹ پیش کرنے کے لئے 90 دن کا وقت دیا ہے جبکہ اس نے ایف بی آر کو شوگر ملوں کے بینامی لین دین کی تحقیقات اور مالکان کی مالی حیثیت کا ریکارڈ اکٹھا کرنے کی بھی ہدایت کی ہے۔

مزید برآں ، قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) کو شوگر کمیشن کی رپورٹ کے حقائق کے تحت ذمہ دار افراد کا تعین کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔

Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, while acting against the sugar mafia, has instructed the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to inspect all sugar factories across the country.

According to the Prime Minister, the Pakistani Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP), the FBR and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) have ordered an investigation into the report submitted by the Sugar Crisis Commission.

The Prime Minister for Accountability and Home Affairs, Mirza Shahzad Akbar, has forwarded a letter to the State Governor of Pakistan (SBP), the Pakistan Competition Commission and three provinces.

The federal government has given 90 days to submit the implementation report on this issue, and has instructed the FBR to investigate the Benami transactions at sugar factories and to collect records of the owners’ financial situation.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was also commissioned to identify those responsible based on the report of the Sugar Commission.
