PPP & MQM agree on many point of LG Ordinance

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: PPP and MQM leaders met here Chief Minister House to resolve disagreements on legal clauses Sindh Local Government (LG) Ordinance.




According to sources, the differences between the various legal phrases LG Ordinance have been resolved during the meeting, which lasted more than two hours.
Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad among various leaders in both the public and private sectors MQM were present for the meeting you.
At the same time the province of the Minister for Local Government Agha Siraj Durrani said that people in Sindh soon hear good news regarding the LG system.
The sources said that the Local Government Ordinance, probably released by Wednesday evening.

کراچی.. . .پیپلزپارٹی اور ایم کیوایم کا بلدیاتی نظام آرڈیننس کے کئی نکات پر اتفاق ہوگیاہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق وزیراعلیٰ ہاؤس میں2 گھنٹے سے زائد جاری رہنے والے اجلاس میں پیپلزپارٹی اور ایم کیوایم کا بلدیاتی نظام آرڈیننس کے کئی نکات پر اتفاق ہوگیا۔آج شام تک بلدیاتی آرڈیننس جاری ہونے کا امکان ہے ۔وزیر بلدیات آغا سراج درانی نے کہا کہ بلدیاتی نظام آرڈیننس کے مسودے پر مثبت پیش رفت ہو رہی ہے، سندھ کے عوام کو جلد اچھی خبر دیں گے۔جو بھی نظام ہو گا عوام کی خواہشات کے مطابق ہوگا۔ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ آج شام تک بلدیاتی آرڈیننس جاری ہونے کا امکان ہے ۔آج وزیر اعلیٰ ہاوٴس میں باقی رہ جانے والے نکات پر بھی اتفاق ہوجائے گا۔وزیراعلیٰ ہاوٴس میں دونوں جماعتوں کے قانونی ماہرین بھی شریک ہوں گے۔ گورنر سندھ ڈاکٹر عشرت العباد وزیراعلیٰ ہاؤس سے واپس گورنر ہاوٴس پہنچ گئے۔
